About Privacy Policy

* We do not collect email addresses any other purposes than our own internal usage (customer contact).
* We do not trace any client IP addresses except in case of abuse (normal server logging only).
* Your personal data stays with us but will be shared with the needed partners & authority in case of abuse 
  where you involve, when needed. This is a normal procedure when solving illegal activities.



Rules & Acceptable Use Policy

* We apply EU, FI, CA laws which encage the common basic rules in acceptable behaviour. If those laws
  differs in some details you will be informed when needed. Basicly, follow one (eu,fi,ca) you know.

* We have our own rules too to prevent illegal activities & missuse of our resources as follows:

	- All mass mailing activities are strictly prohibited or creating/allowing such activities by
          e.g. leaving outdated softaware publicly available (no matter are you aware it or not).

	- Using our web space as data warehouse is not allowed! All material in the web space should be
	  available (for usage) for a domain name in our records (client registration information).

	- We do not have to accept custom web software if they consists serious secure flaws or produce
	  abnormal server load or just waisting network resources without any reasonable reason. At this
	  point we will contact you for asking to do someting about that problem before your account going
	  temporally suspended because of resource abuse.


and finally..

We are keeping rights to terminate your account in any reason when we want to
do so. You have a right to cancel your account when you want but no refund. If we
cancel your account you are permitted to refund when no illegal acts for termination.

Of course, we do not kick you out easily but will do so if you not follow our rules.
